NBC posts entire seasons online

NBC is looking to its website to give viewers a chance to catch up on the network's primetime programming. Episodes of the entire first season of "The Voice" has been posted on NBC.com just weeks ahead of its second-season premiere. Other unscripted series "The Biggest Loser" and "The Sing-off" will get the same treatment. In addition, Peacock is posting all season-to-date episodes of current series including "Parenthood," "Grimm," "Whitney" and "Up All Night." Broadcasters typically only post online the five episodes of a series that most recently aired, though there are looser limits for unscripted series. Putting entire seasons online gives a viewer an opportunity to start from the beginning, increasing the possibility that they may continue to tune in on air.
